Aurelle Home collects the contact details, optional home address, and service information you submit to respond to your inquiry and manage home-care requests. Please do not submit door codes, payment information, or sensitive personal details.

Client records are stored in our website database and available through an owner-restricted client desk. Submitted inquiry details are also processed by Formspree to store a copy and deliver email notifications to our business inbox. We also record campaign source labels when supplied in a link, so we can understand where inquiries come from.

Marketing email is optional and separate from permission to reply to your request. We do not sell your information or automatically send it to Facebook. No Facebook advertising pixel is installed.

To request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw marketing permission, contact Aurelle through the inquiry form and describe your request. Include the contact detail used originally so we can verify it.

Records are kept to manage inquiries and client relationships until no longer needed or a verified deletion request is fulfilled.

Location you choose to share

If you select “Use my current location,” your browser asks for permission to access your location. The coordinates are added to your inquiry and sent to Aurelle only when you submit the form. You can enter your address manually instead.
